Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery:

  • Shipping (Please include 48 hrs. processing time to shipping days below)
    • FedEx 2Day® delivers in 2 business days
    • FedEx Standard Overnight delivery next business day  
  • All Orders over $300 subtotal (before taxes) are eligible for Free shipping (for domestic orders ONLY)
  • An order cannot be edited by adding or removing items. 
  • An order confirmation email will be sent following your purchase.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order.
  • All orders placed on Friday or Holidays will be processed the following business day
  • At this time International shipping is offered to limited countries.
  • Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes on international packages 

Return Policy:

  • All items must be unworn with original tags attached.
  • All items are returnable, with the exception of the items marked final sale.
  • Returns must be requested 20 days or less from the original order date to be eligible for refund or store credit.
  • Returns will only be accepted with a return authorization.
  • All items must be shipped back no more than 7 days after return authorization has been received.
  • After 7 days, the items will only be eligible for store credit.
  • Items returned for each order that total less than $250 are subject to a $10 restocking fee. (no combining return orders) 
  • International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns at this time.
  • All orders "Returned to Sender" will be refunded back to the original form of payment.  
  • ONA reserves the right to refuse any returned item that does not comply with our return policy.


    How to Place a Return:

    1. Request a return authorization within 30 days from the order date by emailing support@onawear.comInclude the following information in your return request:
      1. Order number
      2. Order date
      3. Your name
      4. Shipping address
      5. Reason for return
      6. Specify if you wish to receive a refund to your original form of payment or store credit.
      7. Name of item and the size you are returning
    2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Print and affix the shipping label to the outside of your return package.
    3. Drop off your return package at the Post Office no more than 7 days from the receipt of the return authorization to qualify for a refund. 
    4. Standard refunds can take between 5 - 7 business days to process.  Banks may vary posting time depending on the financial institution  
    5. Store credit will be processed within 2 - 3 business days upon receipt of your package.
