- All Orders over $300 subtotal (before taxes) are eligible for Free shipping (for domestic orders ONLY)
- An order cannot be edited by adding or removing items.
- An order confirmation email will be sent following your purchase.
- Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order.
- All orders placed on Friday or Holidays will be processed the following business day
- At this time International shipping is offered to limited countries.
- Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes on international packages
Return Policy:
- All items must be unworn with original tags attached.
- All items are returnable, with the exception of the items marked final sale.
- Returns must be requested 20 days or less from the original order date to be eligible for refund or store credit.
- Returns will only be accepted with a return authorization.
- All items must be shipped back no more than 7 days after return authorization has been received.
- After 7 days, the items will only be eligible for store credit.
- Items returned for each order that total less than $250 are subject to a $10 restocking fee. (no combining return orders)
- International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns at this time.
- All orders "Returned to Sender" will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
- ONA reserves the right to refuse any returned item that does not comply with our return policy.
How to Place a Return:
- Request a return authorization within 30 days from the order date by emailing support@onawear.com.
Include the following information in your return request: - Order number
- Order date
- Your name
- Shipping address
- Reason for return
- Specify if you wish to receive a refund to your original form of payment or store credit.
- Name of item and the size you are returning
- Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Print and affix the shipping label to the outside of your return package.
- Drop off your return package at the Post Office no more than 7 days from the receipt of the return authorization to qualify for a refund.
- Standard refunds can take between 5 - 7 business days to process. Banks may vary posting time depending on the financial institution
- Store credit will be processed within 2 - 3 business days upon receipt of your package.
